cCleaner Tutorial

In a typical environment, you should run this program at least once every week or two depending on your computer usage.

First, Open the cCleaner Program by double clicking the icon on the desktop, or through the start menu.

Next, at the main screen, click the “Analyze” Button. Note: This operation may take a few minutes to complete.

Once the analysis is complete, Click the “Run Cleaner” Button. Note: This operation may also take a few minutes to complete.

cCleaner also contains a feature to clean your computer registry. To use this feature, click the Issues icon on the left side.

To scan your PC for registry issues, click the “Scan for Issues” button. Note: Sometimes, This operation takes a few minutes to complete.

After the scan is complete, you can click the “Fix selected issues…” button

Typically, it is acceptable to click “No” to back up changes. And click the middle “Fix all selected Issues” button.

Sometimes, it is appropriate to run the issues section of this program a few times until no items show up in the list for removal.
